We make
things happen.
Tendaji Group Holdings is the parent company behind ventures built to move money, opportunity, and belonging toward families and communities around the world.
Growth
Wealth is cultivated. Every venture is built to compound value for the people it serves, not just extract it.
Flow
Capital and opportunity should move freely to where they're needed. That's the mechanism behind everything we build.
Balance
We hold a small number of ventures deliberately, giving each the attention and patience it needs to mature.
One venture, fully in motion.
The first company built and held under Tendaji Group Holdings.
Afford The Game
Every kid. Every family. Every sport. Afford The Game is building a platform designed to help families reduce the cost of youth sports by turning everyday commerce, rewards, and partnerships into value that can be used toward eligible sports expenses.
Additional ventures are in active development under Tendaji Group Holdings.
A name that describes the work.
Tendaji is a Swahili word meaning "one who makes things happen" — a doer, not a spectator. It's how we operate.
Dover, DE 19901
Tendaji Group Holding Company, Inc. is a holding company built around a simple idea: start, build, and hold ventures across financial technology, sports, and community infrastructure — each one designed to put opportunity back within reach for all people.
We're a small, hands-on team. Rather than run a portfolio of passive investments, we build alongside every company we hold — shaping product, strategy, and go-to-market from the inside, not from a boardroom at a distance.
Our approach borrows something from feng shui's oldest idea about prosperity: wealth isn't seized, it's cultivated and allowed to circulate. We try to build ventures the same way — patient, deliberate, designed so value keeps moving to the people who created it.
What we've built.

5. Cookies and similar technologies
This website may use essential cookies necessary for the site to function, and functional or analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. As of the Last Updated date above, this site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies; if that changes, we will update this policy before doing so. If analytics are added, we will disclose the specific provider here.
6. Do Not Track and universal opt-out signals
This website does not currently respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Where required by applicable law, we will honor legally recognized universal opt-out mechanisms, including qualifying browser or device-based opt-out signals, for processing subject to such rights. Implementation note: technical recognition of signals such as Global Privacy Control is not yet built into this site; this is flagged as an outstanding development item and should be completed, and this section updated to reflect it, before this policy is relied upon for compliance purposes.
7. How we share information
We may share information with: hosting providers; analytics providers, if and when engaged; security providers; professional advisers (such as legal and accounting); contractors and service providers who perform services on our behalf; affiliated Tendaji companies, where appropriate; government or law-enforcement entities when legally required; and parties involved in a legitimate corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or financing.
Tendaji Group Holding Company, Inc. does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. If we later engage in an activity legally classified as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under applicable privacy law, we will update this policy and implement any required opt-out mechanism before or when that processing begins.
8. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legitimate business needs, to resolve disputes, to maintain security, and to comply with our legal obligations.
9. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to: confirm whether we process your personal information; access it; correct it; delete it; receive a portable copy; opt out of sale; opt out of targeted advertising; opt out of certain profiling; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may also be able to designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and to appeal a denied request. These rights vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to exceptions permitted by law. To submit a privacy request, contact us using the information in Section 16.
11. Delaware privacy rights
Eligible Delaware residents may have rights under Delaware law similar to those described in Section 10, including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Delaware residents may exercise these rights by contacting us using the information in Section 16.
12. Children's privacy
This corporate website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it. Portfolio companies that serve youth or families — including Afford The Game — may maintain separate privacy policies, parental consent processes, and age requirements applicable to their own products; see Section 13.
13. Third-party websites and portfolio companies
This website may link to portfolio companies and other third-party websites, including affordthegame.com. Those are separately operated services, and their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms, not this one. If you send us a communication through the Site, doing so does not automatically create a confidential, fiduciary, advisory, attorney-client, partnership, joint-venture, or other special relationship. Please do not submit confidential business plans, trade secrets, inventions, patentable concepts, or other highly sensitive proprietary information through general Site contact channels unless a written confidentiality agreement is already in place with us.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tendaji Group Holding Company, Inc., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms attempts to disclaim liability that cannot be waived under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tendaji Group Holding Company, Inc. and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your unlawful or prohibited use of the Site.
13. Forward-looking statements
Statements on the Site regarding future ventures, products, plans, technologies, market opportunities, objectives, or expected results may constitute forward-looking statements. Actual outcomes may differ materially from any such statements.
14. No partnership or agency
Use of the Site does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, agency, fiduciary, or similar relationship between you and Tendaji.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
18. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
